Hay, there!
Driving through rural Riley County this time of year provides many opportunities to see pastures full of baled prairie hay. I think it’s a pretty site.
I don’t recall ever seeing big round bales of hay when I was a kid. Everyone used square bales. The tractors are larger today and can better handle the size of these bales.
Take a drive. Notice what’s around you. Enjoy Riley County!
