<p>Part of enjoying life is to take the time to notice what is around us.</p>
<p>One morning I took a detour on my way to work and ended up heading toward Wildcat Park. The gravel road goes over a low-water crossing of a stream and this is the view. Not exactly the stereo-typical view in Kansas, is it?</p>
<p>To get to Wildcat Park, head west out of Manhattan on Anderson Ave towards Keats. Start looking for the signs right after you pass W. 60th Ave. The signs will point you South on W. 62nd Ave. Head on down that direction, but be sure to drive slow. There are people living down that road!</p>
<p>Yep. Things are good in Riley County!</p>
