This week (Tuesday, I believe) was the first day of Autumn. Two days before that I noticed this Maple tree was turning already. Seem’s a little early for this to be happening in Riley County.

Some will say it is because of the mild summer and relatively cool weather we have been having lately. I don’t know what the cause is. But, I enjoy seeing the changing colors of the leaves.

Whatever the cause, one of the great things of living here is that you can enjoy the different seasons. Cooler weather is on the way. Take the time to enjoy the great outdoors!
